Monochrome Morning

Its been a while since I went for a portrait shooting session. Yesterday Desmond organized one for us. I was not too sure if I wanted to join or not. Since I woke up early I thought might as well have a go at it, since its been quite a while. Gears getting moldy.

It was the my second time shooting at Stutong Park. People come here mainly to exercise and to do macro photography. Us, well portraiture. Unfortunately. The talent was late, and I went off before she arrived. It was a gloomy morning, and I was in the mood for grey-scale images. All the photos were shot in monochrome setting.

And of course I had to edit it slightly. I guess I cant really stay out of COLOR world :)

Famous travel blogger, CK Go Places. Who is now all out ANTI-NIKON.

Desmond and Cecilia.
Cecilia was there early to do macro photography with her buddies. Sure got patience. Desmond was suppose to have breakfast with me, but ended up late as he was sitting on his ceramic throne all morning.
And since there was nothing better to do, I started randomly shooting anything and everything. Rather than go home empty handed.

Added a toy camera effect here. A bit spooky effect.
This was the first time I know of this place. Mini Japanese Garden. Looks kinda cool. Would love to re-shoot this area sometime in the future.

I'm imagining the model sitting there..... HEY ugly rubbish bin !

Even though I didn't get to shoot any portraits that morning. It did feel good to go out and randomly shoot. And shooting in monochrome (grey-scale) is kinda fun. Makes one look at things a bit differently, I think.
And processing photos in monochrome is a bit different. Hope someone enjoys these pictures. I had fun taking them at random.
