heh~ So the ACTUAL SSPCA Christmas Charity Bazaar which I posted about happended yesterday. I went around 1130 am. And was pleasently surprised to find that it was buzzing with people from all walks of life.
I also met a few friends there. Saw many booths selling many items from handicraft to food to used items etc etc.
The air conditioning was on at full blast! Thank goodness :)
Tables and chairs were set up for people who want to have a rest or eat or drink.
Pet food for sell next to toys and biscuits.
And what Charity event could go with out face painting xD
I didnt even know Kuching got so many clowns :)
Everyones waiting for the baloons to pop, hehe!
Whats that bottles there. Mmmmm looks like home brewed tuak (rice wine)~ kehkehkeh!
Now lets not forget why or whats the Christmas Charity Bazaar is all about. Its to help these poor animals. To provide shelter, food, care and medical aids.
There are many out there who like to buy imported breeds of cats and dogs. Why not give our local canine and felines a chance as well ?
Yes, a local cat, looking good there. All it needs now is a loving family and a nice home.
Cats not your fancy? How about a cute puppy?
This is an adorable fellow, I think its feet were not on the ground much the whole day. Got lots of loving yesterday.
I would say these cats and dogs are considered lucky to have so many people caring for them. But the SSPCA is over worked, under funded and stretched to the max. They need more of everything. If you would like to help out or find out more information please go to http://www.sspca.sarawak.com.my/.
