Sen Wang Kong Temple Procession

So fast a year has passed. It seemed like just yesterday that I have experienced the heat of shooting the Fire Walk at Sen Wang Kong Temple. Unfortunately for those who want to experience the fire walk, you have to wait another 11 years. :)

During one of my sharing ​at a local photography forum, a member remarked that I should choose the best ten photos to showcase my work to express the event. Now this gave my thought, I shot well over 500 photos (thank goodness for digital age). How can I trim it down to just ten? Anyways, I'll give it a go!

Analog Shooting again

It has been about two months since I got my Nikon FE2 from eBay. And it was kind of nostalgic shooting film again. The last roll of film prior to this was maybe in the late 90s.

​To test the camera I had to quickly finish up 36 exposures of Fujifilm Superia 200. I should have bought the 12 exposure film. Since I'm just testing it out.

86 before launch

I was fortunate to have friends whose working in the industry and I got the opportunity to go to Sepang Circuit and also witness (document) the behind the scenes of the launch. These photos are taken before the cars were fully detailed

I guess its another plus to have the cars to shoot without so many other media present, which I will show in the next posting on the following days event.​
